Astro3D Research Fellow on First Galaxies at the University of Melbourne. 2021-Present

DPhil in Astrophysics, University of Oxford. 2017-2021

I study galaxies that existed in the early Universe, using the latest observations from the James Webb Space Telescope. I focus on extreme emission line galaxies (those undergoing extreme levels of star formation) to understand the Epoch of Reionisation transition from a neutral Universe – to an ionised one!

I have been lead author on 4 publications, including my most recent article being published in Nature Astronomy. From my work in the GLASS and JADES collaborations and my time spent developing population synthesis simulations, I am a co-author on a further 74 publications.
